Abstract/Citation: Provisions applying to all persons employed in hotels, guest houses, holiday complexes or tourist villages, licensed holiday flats, clubs, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Limits the application of Scheme No. 8 relating to maximum work hours in connection with the occupations of cooks in hotels, clubs and restaurants and hospitals. Provides for minimum remuneration, minimum daily rest, minimum weekly rest, minimum overtime rates for certain classes of employees, sick leave, and certain other matters.
