Abstract/Citation: To regulate the employment of port workers and to make other provisions connected therewith. Regulates registration and obligations of port workers. Provides for rights and duties of foremen, payment of port workers, as well as for establishment of port labour joint council, port disputes board and port workers board. Also provides for deregistration and discipline of port workers. Schedules 1-3 regulate procedures of port labour joint council and of port disputes board.
