Abstract/Citation: Repeals Legislatives Decree No. 595/1971 respecting associations and unions, Legislative Decree No. 890/1971 (LS 1971 - Gr. 1 A) respecting occupational associations and federations, Legislative Decree No. 353/1974 to amend and supplement Legislative Decree No. 890/1971 and all Royal and Presidential Legislative decrees adopted under the above and all government decisions taken thereunder. Reintroduces all provisions in force on 21 Apr. 1967 relating to occupational associations and federations, all provisions repealed by Legislative Decree No. 795/1971 (subject to the application, during an initial period, of s. 2 of this Legislative Decree) and all provisions of Act No. 1803/1951 (LS 1951 - Gr. 2. 1966 - Gr. 1) respecting the protection of trade union leaders, as amended by s. 12 of Act No. 4361/1964 to amend and supplement certain legislative provisions as to trade unions.
