Amends Trade Disputes Act, Chapter 234. Modifies definitions of domestic servant redundancy and trade dispute. New reporting requirements with respect to the dismissal of employees. New provisions for disputes where the issue involves recognition of unions. Allows Labour Minister to refer an adjudicated dispute to the Industrial Council for reconsideration. Provides penalties for employers who fail to submit a copy of the collective agreement to the proper officials.
