At the 38th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress, it is decided: to ratify the Amendments to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants to List Three Persistent Organic Pollutants Including Polychlorinated Naphthalenes and the Amendments to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants to List Three Persistent Organic Pollutants Including Short-Chain Chlorinated Paraffins as respectively adopted at the Seventh Meeting and Eighth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention on May 15, 2015, and May 5, 2017.
