Abstract/Citation: Under the amendments, any discrimination against workers/employees that would weaken equal opportunities or prejudice equality in obtaining a job, to remain working, or to enjoy their employment’s rights including wages is prohibited. It also prohibits any discriminations against workers in jobs that involve the same job tasks (Article 7).
