Abstract/Citation: The Ordinance repeals and replaces the Children Ordinance 1994 (No 28 of 1994). It regulates the welfare, care and supervision of children and young persons as well as setting out provisions concerning protection and safeguarding. Sections 38-43 relate to employment in so far as advice and financial support from the crown for employment, training and education.
