Aim of the Act is to expand employees digitalization skills and therefore be them prepared for digitalization transformation in the job market. Federal Employment Agency is to support employees in such continuing education projects: i.e. covers part of the training costs, also employers receive subsidies for releasing worker for training during working hours (level of subsidies depends on of the size of enterprise).
