| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulation defines conditions under which voievoda (province governor) can award work permit to foreigners irrespective of local labour market situation. The main difference to repealed Regulation of 2006 is broadening eligibility criteria to former Soviet Republic citizens working in the healthcare and domestic workers. |
