It amends various provisions of the Decision on the rules concerning the work of employees under contract: amends para 8 of Annex 2 (examination); adds additional articles 8 (conditions of seasonel workers or duration less than a year), 9 (situation of public employees in case of privatisation of public entities); 11 (procedure for persons appointed as workers under contract); Provisional Article 12 : provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article 9 shall not apply to those who were employed in the privatization program before 1/1/2015); provisional articles 13 and 14(privatisation of public entities and applicable procedures); Adds to Annex 4 the list of positions under contract and the minimum education requirementsD PERSONNEL POSITION" of the Annex (4).
