| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Co-operative Development Agency Act 1978 and confers power on the Secretary of State to dissolve the Agency; amends the power in section 1 of the Industrial Development Act 1982 to designate assisted areas and replaces the provisions of Part II of that Act for the making of regional development grants. |
