Abstract/Citation: Rephrases several paragraphs of Article 1 (General concepts); repeals paragraphs 4.2.1 and 4.3.1 of Article 4 (Types and content of labour pensions), also rephrasing paragraph 4.4. In Article 6 (Financial sources of payment of labour pensions), repeals paragraph 1, rephrases paragraph 6.2. Supplements the law with a new paragraph 6-1 (Minimum amount of labour pensions). Makes wording changes in Article 7 (Terms of appointment of labour pension by age), Article 8 (Labour pension by age for women with many children, mothers who have children with disabilities, fathers and guardians who raise children alone), Article 9 (Other persons who have the right to labour pension on beneficial terms). Repeals paragraph 10.1 of Article 10 (Size of labour pension by age). Rephrases paragraphs 12.1 and 12.2 of Article 12 (Terms of granting labour pension by disability). Introduces wording changes in Article 13 (Size of labour pension by disability), supplementing it with new paragraph 13.3-1; also makes changes, inter alia, in articles 17 (Terms of granting labour pension by case of loss of breadwinner), 18 (Size of labour pension by case of loss of breadwinner), 20 (Premium to labor pension for seniority). Rephrases Article 19 (Premium to the insurance part of labor pensions). Rephrases Article 26 (Recalculation of labour pensions, granted before 1 July 2017), Article 29 (Indexation of labour pensions).
