Second Region

Based on Article 10 (Competencies of the agencies of interior affairs in the sphere of forced migration) of Law "On Providing to Foreign Citizens and Persons without Citizenship of Refugee Status, Additional Protection, Asylum and Temporary Protection in the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Interior Affairs approves the attached "Instruction on the procedure of organization of work on the registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who have arrived in great numbers at the same time to the border and the territory of the Republic of Belarus and have expressed a desire to apply for granting the status of a refugee, additional protection or an asylum in the Republic of Belarus, also the registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who have been granted temporary protection in Belarus, for the conduct of mandatory state fingerprint registration, mandatory medical examination and identification of persons of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who have been granted temporary protection in Belarus".
