Abstract/Citation: The establishments shall provide an accommodation for its workers in case the number of workers at the establishment is fifty (50) or more, and the total wage of each worker is less than AED 2000 (Two Thousand Arab Emirates Dirhams) per month according to the Wage Protection System adopted by the Ministry.
The establishments holding approval of a portion of non-citizen workers shall provide accommodation to the workers who have already obtained a work permit within one months from the date of issuance of this permit, in the event that the number of its workers is or exceeds fifty workers or more and the total wage of each worker is less than two thousand Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 2000) per month according to the Wage Protection System adopted by the Ministry.
