Repeals the previous Law "On Supreme Council of Justice" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Radi Ukraini, 1998, No. 25, P. 146).
Amends, inter alia, the Code of Administrative Misuses: in particular, rephrases Article 185-3 (Manifestation of disrespect for the court), Article 188-32 (Failure to comply with the lawful requirements of the Supreme Council of Justice, its body or a member of the Supreme Council of Justice).
