Repeals the previous law "On Enforcement Proceedings" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Radi Ukraini, 1999, No.24, P. 207).
Amends, inter alia, the Labour Code: namely, rephrases Part 4 of Article 230 (Procedure of enforcement of decisions of the Committee of Labour Disputes), makes wording changes in Part 6 of Article 265 (Liability for the violation of labour legislation).
