Chapter III: conducting genomic registration; persons subjected to it; the procedure of collecting, change, supplementation, preservation, usage and termination of genomic information.
Chapter IV: stat regulation in the sphere of fingerprinting and genomic registration; competencies of the Government and state bodies in this sphere; supervision over the compliance with the legislation in this sphere.
Chapter V: final provisions: in particular, procedure of appellation of actions or inactions of competent state bodies in this sphere; also liability for the violation of the law.
