| Abstract/Citation: | Chapter I establishes the concept, aim and objectives of probation, introduces the category of persons towards whom probation should be applied, also their rights; also the forms of application of probations. Chapter II sets the subjects who implement probation and their competencies, also the participation of citizens and public associations in probation application. Chapter III defines the types of probation and particularities of its application. Chapter IV sets the final provisions. |
