|Abstract/Citation:||Article 2 provides for the definition of the following terms: “Authority”, “transitional period”, “permanent employees”, “head of section”, “plan of voluntary redundancy”, “concession contract”, “employees”, “Minister” and “hour-wagers”.
Article 3 provides for the new organisational structure of the Authority.
Article 4 regulates the current organisational structure of the Authority.
Article 5 regulates the plan of voluntary redundancy.
Article 6 regulates the detachment of permanent employees to the Public Service.
Article 7 regulates the disciplinary offences committed by permanent employees under detachment.
Article 8 regulates the termination of the detachment of permanent employees.
Article 9 provides for the transfer of the hour-wagers.
