| Abstract/Citation: | In accordance, inter alia, with article 18 (Professional orientation, professional training, re-training, improvement of qualification) of the Law of 15 June 2006 "On Employment of Population", establishes the "Instruction on Procedure and Terms of Compensation by Employers to Agencies of Labour, Employment and Social Protection for the Expenses of Re-Training or Qualification Improvement". Repeals, inter alia, the Decree of the Ministry of Labour No. 15 o 27 February, 1996 "To Approve Instruction on the Procedure and terms of compensation to state service bodies of employment of population" (Bulletin normativno-pravovoj informacii, 1996., NO.6). |
