This Law establishes the rules and conditions for adoption and foster care, regulates relations between the State and the adoptive/foster care provider subjects, and regulates relations between the State of origin and the State of adoption. This law stipulates that the Law of Georgia on Adoption and Foster Care of 18 December 2009 shall be repealed.
