|Abstract/Citation:||The Law is meant to eliminate the regulatory gap for unfair repression in the case of prescription, delivery or delivery decisions in academic and health care professions. Creates a concept of new offenses of bribery and corruption in health care, cancelation of differentiation between corruption and bribery.
