| Abstract/Citation: | Act introduces amendments relating to regional healthcare politic management. Local authorities (governor), sets priorities for healthcare capital expenditure, based on regional health map, in agreement with the Voievody Council. Provisions on the Instrument for the Evaluation of Investment Applications in the Health Sector, a new tool for evaluating purposes. Act sets also a budget for application of the above provisions. |
