|Abstract/Citation:||It amends Labour Law No. 4857 dated 22 May 2003 as follow:
Article 7 (Temporary work relationship; special employment agency); rename the title of article 14 by "On-call and remote working" and adds a new para ("employment relationship established in writing between the employer and the employee based on rendering services within the scope of the work organisation established by the employer from outside of the workplace".); adds a new sentence to para 2 of article 63 (working time in the tourism sector; collective bargaining agreements); amends article 99 (fines in case of infringement of the Law); adds a temporary article 7 (exceptions for agreements concluded prior to the amendments to the Law).
It amends Turkish Turkish Employment Agency Law No. 4904 dated 25 June 2003 as follow :
It adds a definition to para 1 of article 2 (Private employment agency); amends article 17 (Establishment of private employment agencies, scope of activity, granting and supervising the authority to establish temporary business relations); amends article 18 (Authorisation to establish a private employment agency and the cancellation of the authority to establish temporary business relations); amends article 19 ("Rights and obligations of private employment agencies); amends article 20 (Administrative fines for activities conducted without authorisations).
