| Abstract/Citation: | Amends, inter alia, the Law on Trade Unions:namely, makes wording changes in para 1 of article 16 (Rights of trade unions); supplements article 17 (Duties of trade unions) with new sub-paragraph 8); rephrases sub-paragraph 2 of para 1 of article 18 (Protection of labour, social-economic rights and interests of trade union members), also para 4 of article 20 (Realization of public control over observance of rights of trade union members), paras 2, 3 of article 26 (Guarantees for persons elected in trade union bodies and not exempt from principal work). Amends the Law on Employment. Rephrases para 1 of article 5 (State guarantees in the sphere of employment of population), supplements article 9 (Participation of employers in the provision of employment of population) with sub-paragraphs 1-1, 2-2. |
