Amends, inter alia, the Law "On Citizenship", namely supplements article 12 (Citizenship of the child in case of other citizenship of parents) with new part 5; rephrases article 16-1 (Terms of admission to citizenship of Kazakhstan in a simplified procedure); rephrases sub-para 10) of article 17 (Reasons for refusal to admission to citizenship and rehabilitation to citizenship) supplementing it with new sub-paragraph 10-1); repeals, inter alia, article 18-1; rephrases part 2 of article 21 (Loss of citizenship), article 22 (Change of citizenship of the child in case of change of citizenship of parents), article 28 (Necessity of assent of the child in case of change of its citizenship); also rephrases part 2 of article 30 (Competencies of internal affairs agencies); makes minor changes in articles 33, 35, 38.
Amends the Law "On Legal Status of Foreigners": namely, makes wording changes in articles 4 (Foreigners permanently living and foreigners temporarily living in Kazakhstan), 9 (Right to dwelling, other property and personal not property related rights), 22 (Entry into Kazakhstan).
Amends the Law "On Migration": namely, introduces wording changes in article 1 (General concepts used in this law) supplementing it with new sub-paragraphs 13-1), 13-2), 13-3), 13-4), 19-1); also changes the wording of article 6 (General terms of entry, exit and stay of emmigrants), article 7 (Obtaining permission for permanent residence in Kaakhstan), articles 8 (Competecies of Governement), 9 (Competecies of internal affairs agencies) suppelenting it with new paras 2-1), 4-1); also adds new sub-paragraphs to articles 10 (Competencies of the Ministry of Foreign), 11, 15; introduces new articles 17-1 (Categories of oralmanes), 19-1 (Regional quota of admission of oralmanes), 19-2 (Committee of inclusion into regional quota of admission of oralmanes).
Rephrases articles 20, 21 on the status of oralmane.
Also makes wording changes, inter alia, to articles 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38.
