| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the general principles of coverage of social welfare, child welfare, the local government to organize social assistance; regulates the procedure of evaluation of social conditions of beneficiaries of social assistance, home assistance, social care for adults, asylum service, shelter service, social transportation service, finance, monitoring. Amends, inter alia, the Law on Labour Market Services and Benefits, making wording changes in articles 231 (Occupational rehabilitation), 26 (Right to receive unemployment allowance), 43 (Transitional provisions). Repeals the previous law on Social Welfare No. RT I 1995, 21, 323. |
