| Abstract/Citation: | Amends, inter alia, the Social Welfare Act: namely, changes the wording of para 7(1) of section 7 (Duties of county governor in administration of social welfare); adds para 11 to section 152 (Persons entitled to substitute home service); introduces new section 1511 (Provision of substitute home service to unaccompanied minor aliens, minor victims of human trafficking and sexually abused minors); adds sub-paragraphs 6), 7), 8) and para (11) to section 251(Child subject to foster care and his/her rights); also makes minor wording changes into sections 252, 253, 292. Also, amends Act on Granting International Protection to Aliens: namely, rephrases section 6 (Unaccompanied minor alien), introduces new sections 61(Representation of applicant for and person enjoying international protection who is unaccompanied minor and adult with restricted active legal capacity), 62(Services offered for the applicant for and person enjoying international protection who is unaccompanied minor); rephrases the title of section 17 (Specifications of asylum application proceedings involving unaccompanied minor applicant and adult applicant with restricted active legal capacity) also repealing paras (1), (4) thereof and adding new paras (10), (11); repeals sections 35, 63, 74, paras 6, 7 of section 54 (Application for residence permit on basis of temporary protection). Also, amends, The Aliens Act: namely, changes the wording of sections 203 (Cases of temporary residence permits issued for participation in criminal proceedings), 204 (Notification of alien), 205 (Cooling-off period), 226 (Place of stay of alien and services provided to alien), 227 (Representation of unaccompanied minor and adult alien with a restricted legal capacity). |
