| Abstract/Citation: | It amends various provisions of the Regulations: it changes the words "3%" by "1%" of para 1 (ç) of article 3, para 4 of article 10 and para 1 (a) of article 4, para 1 of article 5, para 3 of article 8 and para 1 of article 10; amends para 3 of article 4 (limit percentage to conduct collective bargaining); adds a new para (3) to article 9 (determination of jurisdiction); repeals temporary article 1 and its title. |
