Abstract/Citation: Amends Laws N 25(I) of 2001, 14(I) and 89(I) of 2006 and 20(I) of 2008 regulating the protection of employees' rights in the event of the employer's insolvency for the purposes of harmonizing national legislation with European Parliament and Council Directive 2008/94/EC of 22 October 2008, on the protection of employees in the event of the insolvency of their employer. It specifically amends 1st phrase of article 3, by deleting the phrase worded as follows: ", considering that he/she has been employed for at least twenty six uninterrupted weeks before the incurring date of the employer's insolvency".
