| Abstract/Citation: | The present Law is promulgated for the purposes of transposing European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/93/EU of 13 December 2011, on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography, and replacing Council Framework Decision 2004/68/JHA. In this regard, it introduces the necessary amendments to the Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, as well as Laws N° 3625/2007, 2225/1994, 3064/2002, 3811/2009, 3226/2004, 4194/2013, 2721/1999 and 1756/1988 and the Presidential Decree N° 233/2003.
