Amends Laws N° 168(I) of 2012 and 31(I) of 2013 concerning the reduction in emoluments and pensions of Officials, Employees and Pensioners of the Public Service and of the Broader Public Sector, by adding new article 10, which is worded as follows: "The Central Bank of Cyprus does not fall upon the provisions of the present Law".
