| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Laws N° 7(I) of 2007, 181(I) of 2011 and 8(I) of 2013 on the Right of European Union Citizens and their Family Members to Move and Reside Freely within the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus, for the purposes of better harmonising national legislation with articles 5 para 5 and 25 para 2 of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/38/EC of 29 April 2004 on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States amending Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 and repealing Directives 64/221/EEC, 68/360/EEC, 72/194/EEC, 73/148/EEC, 75/34/EEC, 75/35/EEC, 90/364/EEC, 90/365/EEC and 93/96/EEC. Amendments concern the adjustment of the amount of payable fees, as specified in articles 5, 17 and 18, as well as in Appendixes V and VI. |
