| Abstract/Citation: | In view of better harmonising national legislation with articles 5 para 5 and 25 para 2 of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/38/EC of 29 April 2004 on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States, amending Regulation (EEC) N° 1612/68 and repealing Directives 64/221/EEC, 68/360/EEC, 72/194/EEC, 73/148/EEC, 75/34/EEC, 75/35/EEC, 90/364/EEC, 90/365/EEC and 93/96/EEC, the present Law amends Laws N° 7(I) of 2007 and 181(I) of 2011 on the Right of European Union Citizens and their Family Members to Move and Reside Freely within the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus. Amendments concern the figures to be converted from Cypriot pounds to Euros as they appear in articles: 5 phrase 6 para (c), 10 phrases 4 and 6, 11 phrase 2 para (a), 17 phrase 1, and 18 phrase 1, as well as in Indexes II, III, IV, V and VI. |
