Amends article 12 (4th phrase) of the Retirement Pension Laws (97(I) of 1997; 3(I) of 1998; 77(I) of 1999; 141(I) of 2001; 69(I) of 2005; 37(I) and 94(I) of 2010 and 31(I) of 2012), concerning the obligatory retirement age of medical officers.
