  6. Needs of Ukrainian Migrant Domestic Workers Discussed at the National Conference in Ukraine

    60 participants, among which representatives of government, workers’ and employers’ organizations, academic community, civil society and UN agencies, participated in the conference on Effective Governance of Labour Migration and its Skills Dimensions. Presentation of the Global Action Programme on Migrant Domestic Workers and their families (GAP-MDW) generated a constructive dialogue on rights and integration of returnee migrants into the Ukrainian society.

  7. Conference ‘Decent work for the migrant workers’

    On June 24 the Conference ‘Decent work for the migrant workers’ is to be held by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Kyiv. It will gather experts and media to present the achievements of the joint European Union and ILO Project ‘Effective Governance of Labour Migration and its Skills Dimensions’ and discuss further steps to be taken by the state to guarantee the right and integration of migrants into the Ukrainian society.
