The ILO and Enabel, the Belgian development agency, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will deepen their collaboration on several priorities, including the promotion of decent work, labour market governance and migration.

The Belgian development agency and the ILO work hand-in-hand on migration, the creation of decent employment opportunities and technical and vocational education and training (TVET). The partners will implement projects in Northern Africa and the Sahel in particular.

They will seek to foster future collaboration in the context of the VET Toolbox, an instrument which supports partner countries by strengthening their capacity to implement VET and labour market reforms, and aims to enhance employability.
