    The preliminary financial assessment of the cost of providing health care coverage estimates – for the first time – the unutilized contributions of the Palestinians wage earners and their employers to the NSSF. It also projects the possible cost to be incurred if Palestinian workers and their families are provided with health care coverage through the NSSF.
