  2. Programme of Support to the Jordan Compact (Year in Review 2018)

    The ILO Programme of Support to the Jordan Compact (POS) supports economic growth, job creation and quality service delivery in Jordan. It directly responds to ongoing labour market challenges exacerbated by the conflict in Syria and builds on a series of subsequent pilot interventions launched between 2013-2015. Since 2016, the ILO POS has scaled-up development-focused and employment-driven interventions to create an enabling environment for decent work and job creation.
