The ILO Programme of Support to the Jordan Compact (POS) supports economic growth, job creation and quality service delivery in Jordan. It directly responds to ongoing labour market challenges exacerbated by the conflict in Syria and builds on a series of subsequent pilot interventions launched between 2013-2015.
