Social insurance for herders
A handbook for herders contains comprehensive information about social protection. The handbook is available only in Mongolian.
The handbook uses infographics and explains necessary information for herders under three main topics - social insurance for herders, herders' cooperatives, and sustainable livestock husbandry.
It was developed as part of the ILO-led UN Joint Programme “Extending Social Protection to Herders with Enhanced Shock Responsiveness” regarding its objective of increasing social insurance coverage of herders.
