Decent Work Country Programme in China

Contributing to realizing decent work in China.

The DWCP 2016-2020 sets out the country priorities and the areas of cooperation between China and the ILO for the next five years. It reflects a joint vision of ILO support for China’s efforts in advancing the national and global Decent Work Agenda.

The development of the current DWCP involves a series of reviews and consultations among Chinese tripartite partners to determine the following three priority areas:
* increase quantity and quality of employment,
* promote and extend social protection, and
* strengthen the rule of law and realization of fundamental principles and rights at work.
