National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia and Guangzhou Industry and Trade Technician College of China signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation under “South-South Cooperation” Skill Development Network

Under the Skills Development Network through South-South Cooperation initiative, the ILO-China Programme coordinated and convened on-line signing ceremony on a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) and Guangzhou Industry and Trade Technician College (GZITTC) of China under South-South Cooperation” Skill Development Network and belt and road initiative.

On July 22, 2022, National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) and Guangzhou Industry and Trade Technician College (GZITTC) of China signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation through video conferencing. Mr. Liu Yutong, ILO-China Project Manager, Mr. Kouy Kimroeun, National Project Coordinator, Dr. Bun Phearin, President of the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia, Vice President Moung Phasy, Vice president Seng Sokheng, Mr. Li Hongqiang, President of Guangzhou Industry and Trade Technician College, Ms. Chen Haina, Vice President, and members of the cooperation team of the two sides attended the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
The successful signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation marks a new milestone in which the two sides will work together and move forward side by side towards close cooperation, and open a new chapter of exchanges, mutual learning and win-win cooperation on the grand blueprint of promoting the construction of South-South cooperation skills development networks and building a global community with a shared future under the framework.
