  3. Spotlight on Gender-sensitive Reporting in Journalism

    The joint ILO-UN Women Safe and Fair Programme, as part of the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative, will host a webinar to discuss and share good practices for responsible and ethical reporting of labour migration and gender-based violence and discrimination against migrant workers among media professionals. Safe and Fair will also launch the Media-friendly glossary on migration: Women migrant workers and ending violence against women edition. The glossary serves a guide for journalists, reporters, researchers and trainers who conduct trainings or write about women’s labour migration, and who write about violence against women in the context of migration.

  4. Migrant Worker Resource Centre (MRC) Map

    The ILO delivers assistance directly to migrant workers and their communities through a network of Migrant Worker Resource Centres (MRCs) across the ASEAN region. These MRCs are managed in partnership with government institutions, trade unions and civil society organizations (CSOs), and provide a range of services in countries of origin and destination.

  5. Cambodia boosts youth entrepreneurship through vocational trainings

    The ILO and Cambodia’s Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training collaborated on a three-day workshop integrating entrepreneurship skills in vocational curriculums to empower young Cambodians’ careers.

    In collaboration with Ministry of Labour and Vocation Training, the UN in Cambodia called for innovative ideas and solutions to address challenges faced by TVET to adapt to online learning and skills training. The ILO/China Partnership Project is proudly to be a cosponsor in this first Cambodia Skills Challenge Innovation.
