As an exception to the requirements of Annex 1 to the Tribunal's Rules, single line spacing as well as a smaller font size (not less than 10) may be used when quoting:

- extracts from texts or case law

- extracts from documents which are not part of the pleadings themselves

provided that the maximum number of pages allowed is complied with.
