131st Session (first part) - results
The Administrative Tribunal completed the first part of its 131st Session, which it held from 19 October to 6 November 2020.
At this part of the session, the Tribunal dealt with 40 cases. It adopted 37 judgments concerning 51 complaints (3 of which followed the summary procedure) filed by 39 complainants from 16 organisations.
The Tribunal's judgments will be delivered on Monday, 7 December 2020, by a video recording which will be posted on the Tribunal’s website during the day.
Certified copies of the judgments will be sent to the parties in due course in electronic form only. The judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) in the Triblex database.
The second part of the 131st Session is scheduled for December 2020. The list of the cases for this part of the session will be communicated to the parties before its beginning, and further information about exact dates of the second part of the session will be posted on the Tribunal’s website in due time.
