Enhancing social partners' and social dialogue's roles in a changing world of work
The purpose of this conference is to examine how the social partners in 34 European countries are adapting to the changes in the world of work, driven by technological innovation, demographic shifts, climate change and globalization.

The key aim is to identify elements of a response to a number of questions:
- How to strengthen social partners’ representativeness and to increase their institutional capacity to address challenges in the world of work through social dialogue and consultative processes?
- How to support the autonomous role of social partners, and to leave more space for collective bargaining and collective agreements at national, sectoral and company levels?
- What role do social dialogue and social partners play on digitalisation, and what examples do we identify so far?
