Practical Guide for Strengthening Social Dialogue in Public Service Reform

This Practical Guide is designed to provide means to strengthen social dialogue in the reform of public services, particularly between policy-makers on one side and government workers and their representatives on the other side. The Practical Guide explains the concept of Social Dialogue and provides case studies of best practices in selected countries.
