Turkey ratifies the Safety and Health in Construction Convention, 1988 (No. 167) and the Safety and Health in Mines Convention, 1995 (No. 176)
Turkey is the thirtieth and twenty-seventh ILO member State to have ratified, respectively, Convention No. 176 and Convention No.167, which aim to improve the safety and health of millions of mine and construction workers worldwide.
