This policy brief focuses on the process developed for the monitoring of the implementation of the WHO Code. It stems from the report, "Monitoring of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel: The Philippine Multi-Stakeholder Approach" (Rebullida, DOH, ILO Manila-DWAB 2012), commissioned by the ILO and its European Union-funded Decent Work Across Borders project.
